Summary, etc.	Hilando historias a través del arte, alojada dentro de la colección Cartillas Pedagógicas de la Editorial UNAE, presenta seis proyectos educativos asociados a la asignatura Educación Cultural y Artística (ECA); mismos que se fundamentan en el rescate y sublimación del tejido tradicional de la paja toquilla y lana como patrimonio cultural del Azuay y el Ecuador. Esta cartilla, orientada para el subnivel Básica Elemental, además recopila seis entrevistas a lideresas comunitarias que dedican su vida a la producción y comercialización de sombreros y textiles con el objetivo de visibilizarlas e interpolar su relación laboral, comunitaria y como integrantes de un núcleo familiar. En específico, Hilando historias a través del arte implementa actividades a partir del desglose de fases que los alumnos y docentes deben continuar para lograr un aprendizaje significativo —a nivel de contenidos— y un reconocimiento de las prácticas mencionadas como memoria viva de la región y el país.
